Suggestion Therapy
This treatment involves delivery of positive suggestions to the subconscious mind in order to bring about a beneficial change. It is an ideal therapy to help:

  • Break unwanted habits (e.g. smoking, nail-biting, over-eating, etc.)
  • Boost self belief and confidence – perhaps to help eliminate fear of public speaking, interviews, exams, driving test etc.
  • Improve work, study or sporting performance

Analytical Therapy
This therapy is beneficial for more deep-rooted problems. The technique aims to find and remove the underlying cause of the problem, such as:

  • Irrational fears and phobias
  • Stress, anxiety, panic attacks
  • Emotional problems, moodiness, unhappiness
  • Relationship and/or sexual problems
